The Chronicle is a rollercoaster. Vibrant, full-bodied, sweet and syrupy. We wanted this coffee to be the dessert that keeps on giving. The base is a washed coffee from Maria Gaspar, a producer in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. This coffee is bursting with tart citrus acidity. We paired the Maria Gaspar with our naturally processed Starmaya F1 from Douglas Luiz in Brazil. Starmaya is tropical and juicy, with a slightly spiced finish.
